1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to any of Chekkutech’s website design packages, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not subscribe to our services.   

2. Subscription Plans and Fees

• Chekkutech offers two subscription plans: Business and E-commerce.
• The monthly fees for these plans are $197 and $297, respectively.
• You will be billed monthly on the same date as your initial subscription.
• You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
• All fees are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.

3. Payment and Billing

• You must provide valid payment information when subscribing.
• We accept major credit cards and debit cards.
• Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it.
• If your payment fails, we will attempt to retry the payment. If payment remains unsuccessful after two weeks, your website will be placed on a maintenance landing page.
• If payment remains outstanding for a month, your website will be deleted from our servers.

4. Services Included

• Each subscription plan includes a range of services, as detailed on our website.
• These services may include website design, hosting, maintenance, SEO, email, and blog functionality.
• The specific services included may vary depending on your chosen plan.

5. Website Design and Redesign

• We will work with you to design a website that meets your needs and preferences.
• The initial design process may take 4-6 weeks, depending on your chosen plan and the complexity of your requirements.
• You can request design or content updates at any time, subject to the limitations of your plan.
• Additional design or content updates beyond the included allowance may be subject to additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of any content you provide to us for your website.
• We retain ownership of any design elements, code, or other intellectual property we create for your website.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content for the purpose of providing our services to you.

7. Termination

• You can cancel your subscription at any time.
• Upon cancellation, your website will remain active for two weeks.
• After two weeks, a maintenance landing page will be displayed.
• If payment remains outstanding for a month, your website will be deleted from our servers.
• We reserve the right to terminate your subscription for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
• Our total liability to you for any reason shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.   
  
   

9. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.   
  
   

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
